TRILITE WBA(Weakly Basic Anion Exchange Resins) has Tertiary amine as ion exchange functional groups. WBA does not have the salt splitting capacity and cannot dissociate in an acidic solution for ion exchange. However, they can exchange anions in pH range 1~9, and feature greater regeneration efficiency and exchange capacity compared to SBA.

 

On the contrary, it features more ionic leakage; hence, we recommend to use it as a combination with SBA for water treatment or the other specialized applications for pharmaceutical or food applications.
