Chromatography resins
TRILITE Chromatography resins are used for chromatographic separations of solutes by some other separation principles than their primary ion exchange function. They feature an excellent level consisting of the uniformity coefficient (less than 1.1) and excellent separation efficiency due to the evenly small particle size; the surface area per the unit volume is large. The superior physical and chemical strength provides the economic value in terms of long-term use of the resins. Chromatography resins are classified into the SAC and SBA according to the functional groups. The major applications are the separation of glucose/oligosaccharide separation, collection of sucrose from molasses, fructose/glucose separation, and acid retardation.
