TRILITE® CLR-10 is a macroporous polystyrenic based, thiol chelating resin, with functional groups designed for the selective removal of mercury, silver and for the recovery of precious metals from the industrial effluents (when existed as divalent cations) Selectivity of TRILITE® CLR-10 is Hg > Ag > Cu > Pb > Cd > Ni > Co > Fe > Ca > Na. For mercury recovery, the TRILITE® CLR-10 is able to remove that to below 5ppb. TRILITE® CLR-10 can be useful for problems where removal of ions Ag, Au, Pt, Pd is desired. Application may be found in different fields of chemical technology such as waste water treatment, recovery of precious metal from rinse waters in the electronic industries.
